The Macro Difference

Government modernization isn’t always glamorous.

It doesn’t happen all at once, at a flashy press conference, or a high-stakes global summit.

It starts below the surface, and behind the scenes. Sometimes before a single system is analyzed, or a single application is written. Before the very first sprint, or even the first huddle. Something is brewing…

Day in and day out, it’s the right people, in the right positions, making smarter decisions that drive the connections between citizens and institutions. It’s everyday IT heroes turning small moments of passion, connection, and expertise into far-reaching, cumulative groundswells of cloud computing, DevOps, modernized security, and so much more.

Behind the curtain, but never behind the curve.

Because at Macro Solutions, IT modernization starts from the bottom, up. And it builds from the inside, outward. One meaningful relationship at a time.

Company Spotlight

At our core, we’re a relationship company.

We pride ourselves on building high-touch, high-trust environments for our clients and partners, at every level of our business.

And that starts from the bottom, up.

With the people we hire, the values we keep, and the decisions we make each and every day.

Macro Philanthropy

Community matters.

A connection; a promise; a small, personal moment that builds and ripples outward—not by looking inward, or turning collective challenges into personal gain. But by thinking outward. Building community, responsibility, and reciprocity—one relationship at a time. That’s our journey.

At Macro Solutions, we’re always exploring new ways to help our employees, partners, and friends contribute their time and resources to the causes and organizations that matter most.

That means making corporate donations, sure – and matching the donations of our employees. But even more, it means encouraging active participation in philanthropic initiatives – work that simultaneously enriches our communities and our own team members.

Below is a partial list of the organizations Macro has proudly supported through both direct contributions and/or numerous volunteer hours. We continue to add organizations every year and seek new opportunities for our employees to give of their time and energy toward the betterment of the communities we serve, and others far beyond.

Stories

Behind every mission is a story.

Out of the spotlight and tucked away behind the scenes – at some desk in some office on some floor of some department – everyday government heroes are contributing their hearts, minds, and talents to the cause of broad-sweeping IT modernization.

You may not always see it, but every office has a story to tell, and every official has a role to play.

Here at Macro Solutions, we take pride in playing a small role ourselves – equipping, enabling, and supporting these government teams to the best of our abilities, so that all of us, collectively, can build toward a faster, smarter, more modern IT infrastructure – from the inside, outward.

Zoom in, and you’ll be amazed at what’s being done.
