Macro Solutions Announces Appointment of Rajiv Gidadhubli as Chief Transformation Officer

Macro Solutions, an established strategic IT and business management consulting firm, announced today that it has appointed Rajiv Gidadhubli as its first Chief Transformation Officer. Gidadhubli will be responsible for helping Macro Solutions’ clients keep pace with rapid change and position them to achieve their evolving goals with the right product, processes, technology and people – while delivering long-term value for the organization.
Prior to accepting the role at Macro Solutions, Gidadhubli worked for more than 25 years at CGI, an international consulting firm, where he was responsible for product engineering for the Advantage ERP product, a software suite designed for state and local governments. He is also a recent graduate of Wharton School’s Chief Technology Officer program.

As a Workday Application Management Services Partner, Macro Solutions will provide ongoing functional, technical, and administrative support to customers using Workday Government Cloud. Gidadhubli will work closely with Macro Solutions’ clients interested in learning more about Workday’s ERP offering.
