Recently our own Damanjit Padam, Vice President, Technical Solutions and Joe Savukas, Vice President, Delivery had the opportunity to speak with John Gilroy, host of Federal Tech Talk on Federal News Radio. The trio discussed the hot topic of agile, a concept that is easy to describe but can be difficult to implement. Over the course of an hour Damanjit and Joe explained Macro’s agile methodology, how we work with federal agencies to implement agile services and what we view as a few keys to agile success in the federal workspace.
