Macro Solutions Showcases Continuous Value Office at ATARC DevOps Summit

Macro Solutions was proud to be a part of the ATARC DevOps event held at the Marriott Metro Center, March 12, 2019.  It was a great opportunity to understand the state of DevOps in federal agencies while learning more about the applicable best practices and modern DevOps toolsets.

 

As an exhibitor, our team had a chance to showcase our latest service offering, the Continuous Value Office “CVO”.  Inspired by DevOps and rooted in lean management principles, our CVO transforms the traditional PMO making it the advisory, enablement and value delivery office with focus on the customer.  The CVO surrounds the delivery teams making capabilities available while ensuring continuous improvement of product and service offerings.

 

Macro Solutions’ DevOps Program Manager, Laird Williams, led a 2-hour collaboration session focused on cultural barriers to DevOps adoption. A whitepaper on this topic is being developed and will be shared soon.
