Macro Solutions wins Top Workplaces 4th Year in a row, CEO Amy Wright wins Leadership Award

Washington, D.C., June 17, 2020 – Macro Solutions has been named one of The Washington Post’s Top Workplaces in the Washington, D.C. area for the fourth year in a row.Conducted in partnership with employee engagement firm Energage, LLC, The Post’s survey asked employees about the companies they work for to identify 200 of the highest ranked workplaces in the region. This year’s honorees include government contractors, real estate firms, professional and business services, law firms and tech companies.

 

Not only did the company this multiple year award, CEO Amy Wright took home the win for Top CEO in the small business category. The Energage study asks employees at hundreds of Washington-area companies to evaluate their bosses and selects the highest-ranked leaders from each category. Wright says, “I am so excited that Macro Solutions has been chosen as a Washington Post Top Workplace for a 4th consecutive year.  I am very proud of our amazing employees and the incredible work they perform each and every day for our clients, and this award is a testament to the positive and inclusive workplace we created.”
