Macro Solutions Receives ISO 9001:2015 Certification for Quality Management Systems
Latest certification follows on the heels of the company achieving CMMI Level 3 certification for development and services.
Washington, D.C. – June 09, 2016 – Macro Solutions, an established leader in the delivery of strategic IT and management consulting, announced today that it has been granted ISO 9001:2015 International Standard certification for its Quality Management Systems (QMS) and is among the first in its space to certify at this level.
The company went through a rigorous evaluation process to receive the certification and has satisfied the demanding set of requirements, which have become synonymous with quality business processes and continuing improvement practices for QMS.
The ISO 9001:2015 certification, which is the latest version of the world’s leading quality management standard ISO 9001, ensures that Macro Solutions consistently provides high-quality services to its clients and aims to enhance customer satisfaction. This standard is based on a number of quality management principles including a strong customer focus, the motivation and implication of top management, the process approach, and continual improvement.
