Todd Hager Named Industry Chair for ACT-IAC

Following the elections for the ACT- IAC Communities of Interest, Todd Hager, received the majority of votes and was named Industry Chair for the Emerging Technologies Community of Interest. Todd, current Vice President, Strategic Initiatives, for Macro Solutions begins his new leadership role for the term July 1, 2016 through June 30, 2018.

The ACT-IAC Emerging Technologies Community of Interest focuses on analytics and big data, IT transition management and technology awareness and adoption, amongst other areas. According to the ACT-IAC website, this Community of Interest also:

• Actively monitors the emerging technology landscape and promotes game-changing technologies
• Shares lessons learned from the adopted emerging technologies across the federal space
• Forms committees around and provides insight on high-potential technologies to accelerate awareness and adoption.

ACT- IAC provides a forum for industry and government executives to use technology and work together to improve agency operations.
